GOAL - STEP 1 AWARENESS ; RECOGNITION OF LOSS AWARENESS ; RECOGNITION OF LOSS OF CONTROL OF CONTROL REDUCE DENIAL ; FACE REALITY REDUCE DENIAL ; FACE REALITY ACCEPTANCE OF POWERLESSNESS ACCEPTANCE OF POWERLESSNESS

GOAL : STEP 11 STILLNESS : SLOW DOWN, FOCUS, STILLNESS : SLOW DOWN, FOCUS, LIVE IN THE NOW LIVE IN THE NOW INVOKE WISDOM AND HELP FROM GOD OF YOUR UNDERSTANDING INVOKE WISDOM AND HELP FROM GOD OF YOUR UNDERSTANDING
