Agenda and Objectives In the next portion of the session, we will: Review Monthly Meeting Model Explore MMM binders Value of Monthly Meeting Model As a result, participants will be able to: Describe the why behind the Monthly Meeting Model Fulfill OUMS MMM Binder commitment

Overview: Accountability Bundle Aligned and appropriately weighted annual goals Monthly Meeting Model Monthly Report Cards 90 Day plans

Review - Why: Monthly Meeting Model (MMM) Organizations meet their goals when individuals meet their goals Regular, formal review of leader performance positions leaders and organization for optimal success MMM is a well-established best practice

Review - What: Monthly Meeting Model Performance based discussion between leader and one-up manager that: Validates leader execution of EXCEL behaviors Confirms Linkage Grid completion Reviews 90 Day Plans to insure appropriate and achieving desired results Promotes on-going development

How: Monthly Meeting Model Occurs monthly using the new MMM binders MMM binders due to one-up manager 3 business days in advance - Only one ‘oops!’
