Anticipation Guide 1. The government is the creation of the people. It is responsible to the people, and the people are responsible for it. 2. White people must have brainwashed themselves to believe what they believed. 3. Children—not yet aware that it is dangerous to look too deeply at anything—look at everything, look at each other and draw their own conclusions.

The paradox of education is that precisely at the point when you begin to develop a conscience, you must find yourself at war with your society. 10. A parent’s duty is to civilize his/her children.
