Autumn Festival Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Koder 4/20/12 Charlie flight

Planning overview The sign up sheet was up 2 weeks before the event and did not have specific jobs were listed because we didn’t know exactly what we needed to do.

Planning with resources We had 4 stations that needed to be covered, Moon bounce/play area, scare crows, pumpkin decorating, and helping people on and off the Hay ride. What I ended up doing was rotating every 30 minutes- an hour making sure everyone got a chance at each station.

Financial planning The event cost us (AFJROTC) nothing and gave us free publicity

Review Looking back on this event we had enough man power at each station and the event went smoothly.

You mean the board game right? The only safety risks I saw were the area was hilly, there were cars, and the grass was wet. How we solved this was telling everyone to be careful and avoided walking on the roads and stay on the side walk.

Communication Plan How we communicated was colonel or Mrs. Rivas told us where they needed cadets and I sent them there then if any new information arrived I went around and told everyone. I used a sign up sheet to generate cadet numbers, all parent forms were handed in.

Execution The event went well and everybody had fun!!! I saw no areas for improvement because all the objectives were completed.

Post Event The event was posted on the announcements in the class room, and Patel sent pictures to the Knight Crier.

Documentation My AAR was completed and handed in. The pictures are on the g drive. All times and names were provided to Patel and Laws
