People to Make it Happen Commitments from members of delegations Informal Working Operating model – Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Communication Coordinator Set up Subcommittees as needed
Recruitment/Training/Finance Leverage contacts from local project Gain support from Track 1 & 2 – people and financial Develop financial plan based on each community’s resources
