12 Months Priorities Engage Young Vietnamese American & Existing Community Leaders Develop Training Program with BPSOS

Objectives Work with VARI to identify organizations Work with BPSOS to develop qualifiers for the Leadership program Develop community outreach programs to launch in the next 6 months  FB Page  Telemarketing  Mailing campaign  Bi-monthly town hall meetings

Strategies to Reach Objectives Collaborate with Track 1 & 2 Leverage VARI as a resource Engage mentorship from contacts & mainstream Communication Structure

Mechanism for Coordination Post summit ◦Collaboration with Regional VSAs ◦Each Delegation work on local projects ◦Each Delegation develop plan towards national goals ◦Each Delegation will nominate a Chairperson to represent their tea  Connect with VARI through bi-monthly calls
