Collaborates with Content Matter Experts to design blended (online and F2F) curriculum solutions that align to SCS business priorities and strategies. Participates in peer-to-peer reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and appropriate development of course content. Develops tools and processes to measure effectiveness of curriculum solutions and learner performance to ensure projects meet development requirements. Guides SCS on course development and implementation in the online environment. Manages website developer and programmers relationships for the productionof accessible content. Gathers information, analyzes data trends, provides information to PRC project teams. Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
