Notifications Duty officer provided last known position to MSP Trooper 8 and PG County 911 dispatchers Trooper 8 attempted to fly to last known position coordinates; returned due to low visibility Trooper 8 crew drove to Walker Mill Regional Park

Search Trooper 8 crew arrived about 0100 but did not see helicopter or hear ELT Notified of cell phone “pings” Responded to new location Arrived in commercial area near cell phone tower
