How will you know get feedback from staff and students?

Benchmarks of Quality (BoQ) Assists teams in finding areas of strength and areas in need of improvement in PBIS implementation Completed by PBIS team members and coach. Scored by coach using team member ratings and rubric Team discusses areas of discrepancy in scores between coach and team National PBIS TA Center puts most emphasis on this tool for implementation fidelity and tier 2 readiness Goal: 70% or more of total points for implementation Scores are entered into PBISAssessments by the Point of Contact by April 10.

School-wide Evaluation Tool For schools requesting consideration for recognition An external SET assessor will survey administrator, staff and students; provide an implementation score and summary with commendations and recommendations Will occur before end of May, in coordination with school administrator Need an implementation score of 80 or more for recognition
