4th EUMETCAL Workshop, Toulouse 26 – 28 August 2008 Aviation Qualifications ICAO 258 is minimum set of desirable qualifications WMO No. 258 The uncertain nature of the standards is causing confusion WMO Executive Council has asked us to sort this out. The aviation quals definition will probably become a technical regulation
