Bureaucratic Follows the rules Discipline is enforced Little creativity is given for assignments

Democratic Most popular Employees give their ideas and the boss makes the overall decision while taking their ideas into account

Laissez-Faire Employees left alone to act freely Promote creativity

Charismatic Gathers followers by their personality and charm Do not use authority to force people to obey

Transformational Similar to charismatic but they want to create change Lots of enthusiasm Understands peoples strengths and weaknesses and assigned work based on this

Transactional Reward for good work Bad work receives punishment Everything is based on consequences

Servant Boss does whatever the employees want them to do They are there for the employee’s wants and needs
