Update Edval Software This is to ensure that all school Timetable software are up-to-date and licensed. Double Click to run Edval.exe Navigate to Help > Find Updates.

Import File to Edval Get file from iNEIS. Navigation: Reporting Tools> Query > Query Viewer and enter the three query name as shown below:

Edit existing subject class In Edval, Navigate to Classes > Class Data Select The class and subject code that user wished to change.
Edit existing subject class Enter the subject code that the user desired. Keep in mind that the subject code can always be More > Cs Course Data Click Enter and the Description of the subject code will be reflect at “Subject free-text” column
Add new subject class In a scenario where user decide to use existing subject class and code. A new subject class have to be created along with the new subject code. Click on “Insert button” on the keyboard and there will be a empty row appear for user to insert the class details
Add new subject class Enter Class under the “code” column. E.G: 9MATN_A which means Maths(Normal) for 9A class. And follow by subject code. **A gentle remind that: Each class code has to be unique from other class; else there will be error if user try to enter code “9MAT_A” twice. The outcome of code “9MATN_A” will be displayed as 9A in class section as the system only fetch Number before underscore and Value after underscore.
Add new subject class Click Enter and Description will be displayed based on the subject code entered.
Add new subject class In this scenario, user will have two Math class for Year 9A Student. Which is the normal math class and IGCSE

Set Export format Ensure export format system is set: File > Sync with System > Configuration

Verify Class Timetable Verify if all classes are in the system. Check if data for the subject classes is valid (eg: correct allocated room and time) Check if subject Teacher, Class Teacher and HEP is properly assigned

Query Viewer Navigation: Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer Enter MOE_ENRL_STATUS Report shows the list of classes by class section in school for a particular term

Create New Class Block Navigation: Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Create Class Block Click Add a New Value tab

Create New Class Block 4) Enter Class Nbr OR Click on lookup button to search for class 3) Set Action as Drop 5) Click on Save button

Create New Class Block Repeat steps 1 to 6. Once classes to be dropped has been selected click Save button
