ResiTrak Update  ResiTrak Roles  Setting up your residency program  Residency  Learning Experiences  Resident Schedules

ResiTrak Update  Using ResiTrak  Customized Training Plans  Evaluations  Scheduled Vs. On-demand  Types of evaluations  How you are notified  Managing Tasks and Evaluations  Reports

ResiTrak Roles RPD – Residency Program Director – Only one. Responsible for the entire program. Does customized training plan. Does final co-signatures on residency evaluations. Preceptor – Responsible for a learning experience. Can have more than 1 for a learning experience. Does the evaluations for that learning experience. If you have more than one, they all get the tasks. Resident – A PGY2 resident can also be a preceptor for a PGY1 program

How to Get Evaluations 1. Add to a learning experience setup. When resident is scheduled for that learning experience, they will get those evaluations 2. You can also generate a new evaluation by the “Generate Evaluation” function on the preceptor menu. Note: If you use the Generate Evaluation function, any scheduled evaluations As part of the Learning Experience will still be delivered by ResiTrak.

Common Questions and Issues I forgot my password. How do I get it? I’m not getting any from ResiTrak. What do I do? How do I do Quarterly Evaluations? We have multiple preceptors on a learning experience. Who does the evaluation? How do I edit an evaluation? We use an alternate RPD/Primary Preceptor/ Mentor arrangement for our residents. How do we do that?

What’s Coming? Changes to the summative evaluations – Additional evaluation of the goal in addition to the objectives – Achieved for residency flag moved to the goal instead of the objectives – If a goal has been achieved for the residency, evaluating it in future summatives will be optional Resident closeout and graduate tracking Entering Interests

Summary  ResiTrak is a tool to help facilitate the management of your residency program  Please check the Help and Support menu for tutorials and other help
