FOR EACH SLIDE, FOLLOW THESE GENERAL GUIDELINES o Heading should be in capitals, font size 24 or bigger o Use Arial or Calibri font. For text use font size 20 / 24 o Try to avoid long sentences and use bulleted points o Do not write too many sentences in a slide o Use Figures / illustrations / tables to convey rather than text o Use basic colours e.g. black, blue, red for the text (avoid light colours) in combination with a light background colour (white/light shades) o Keep number of slides 3 as time allotted for short presentation is 3 min.
