4 General Information  8 weeks full time work. Hours roughly 9-6 (or 11-8) M- F. You should be “at work” not working from home.  2 labs will be assigned for summer student work space  Keep time sheets and send weekly reports giving times and tasks, to your supervisor. Good basis for discussion.  You are eligible for a 24 hour access card. You may have to pay or give a deposit. See Kristy at CS desk.

5 General Information ctd.  University closed between 24th Dec and 2nd Jan. Most staff away 23rd Dec to 6th Jan  We will try to have a summer student morning tea weekly, in the staff room. Please attend!  There will be a presentation day just before start of semester 1.  Agent group meetings each Friday 3-5pm.
