Current Priorities School to school support – through the appointment and deployment of Specialist Leaders of Education (SLE) Supporting the development of teaching and learning – through CPD provision and SLE work Targeted areas of priority i.e. SEN support and provision within mainstream; Pupil Premium and closing the gap; boys reading; higher order reading development Supporting leadership development – NPQML/NPQSL; LLE and NLE work ITE including new ways of shaping ITE
