Families First offers Five units

1. Families Today -- understand and celebrate families 2. You-Me-Us -- strengthen family relationships 3. Meet the Challenge -- overcome obstacles together

4. Balancing Family and Career -- manage multiple responsibilities 5. Parent Practice -- learn to nurture children

*Units* Help the members focus their projects Members may complete one or several units
