Resources should be created to enhance the intended learning outcomes RLOs should consist of at least one specific learning objective and include measurable outcomes that meet those objectives RLOs should demonstrate appropriate use of the technology Things to Think About
Essential elements of an RLO in regards to the Grant: –Be digital, preferably web-based, and interactive –Be easy, or somewhat easy, to share with another faculty member, easily transferable/reusable –Be generalized enough to work and make sense almost entirely by itself, or make sense in the context of someone else’s related content (not instructor- specific) –Address accessibility –Recommended tools: SoftChalk, Camtasia, Articulate, ANGEL tools Reusable Learning Objects
