Harvard Law School BY SIENNA CORONARAMOS

History of Harvard  The school was made in 1817; Harvard law school is one of the oldest law schools in the nation  In 1827 there was only one student and on teacher due to how new the school was  Then the school started to grow into what it is today  A man named Isaac Royall decided to leave his estate to Harvard and they used that land for the law school

How Society Perceives Harvard  When people here someone say “Harvard” they already know that is considered a top school from around the world  Harvard Law School is highly prestige and view in a positive light by society  Everyone already gives respects to those who have gone to Harvard even if they didn’t graduate or dropped out

Thing That Harvard Hasn’t Changed  The concept of the school has not changed over the years because it still is a law school  The location of the school may have expanded but it hasn't changed  The name of the school also had not changed over the years

How Harvard Has Changed  The institution has gotten bigger over time due to students and new faculty workers  It has gotten more expensive to go to Harvard law school and a lot harder to get in  New material and technology are used to help keep the school up to date to keep up with other top schools  School has come from a school that only had two people on campus to where people all over the world want to come

What Students/Faculity think of Harvard  People who are at the school view themselves in two different ways  Some might be thankful to be there while others might have an attitude that they belong there  Those who go to Harvard law are either people who can be humble towards others or they might be a little snobbish towards other people

How Harvard Can Improve  Try to integrate people from different class systems more often  Allow students to look more into social gatherings to have more experience with being around different types of people  I would also make it easier for students who deserve to be there but have trouble affording it by creating more scholarships who do well in their class

Who Makes Up Harvard  People who wish to become lawyers or wish to do something with law are people who apply to come to the constitution  While those who have more exposure towards law are given more respect  Those who go to Harvard are more respected and looked up at roles models  It is hard to get into the school so those who do get put above others

How Can Harvard Help  The institutions is a school inside school that help with education of law  I feel those part of the higher class have an easier time at Harvard because they don’t have to try to prove their worth as much  Those that aren’t as well off might have to prove that they belong before they are accepted

Sometimes Things Change  Some institutions change their mascots and their ideals to match up with the current society  Other schools have changed names and locations over the years  More courses get added to the curriculum which can lead to changes in the structure of how classes are run
