Presenters OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR | MISSISSIPPI DIVISION OF MEDICAID2 Chris Smith is the Clinical Data Interoperability Program Manager for the State of Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM). He is responsible for overall clinical data interoperability at DOM, including the creation and implementation of the DOM Master Patient Index and Clinical Data Repository (CDR). Dan West is Associate Vice President of Product Marketing at MedeAnalytics and product SME for his company’s engagement with DOM. He has spent the past 10 years working to advance the state of the art in healthcare analytics and engagement initiatives.
