EternaTile Roofing Systems Understanding the System EternaTile is the first code compliant closed cell polyurethane foam insulated roofing system available for hi-slope roof decks. First Layer – DensDeck Prime Once the roof deck is installed it is ready for the first layer of DensDeck Prime which can be fastened using screws or glue. DensDeck® is designed to address persistent challenges inherent in roofing assemblies: fire resistance, strength and dimensional stability when installed in a properly designed roof assembly.

Second Layer – Flintlastic SA On top of the primed DensDeck we add a layer of CertainTeed Flintlastic Granular SA Cap Sheet. This self-adhesive cap sheet roll is designed to bond aggressively with the primed DensDeck providing superior adhesion for uplift resistance. The granular surface of Flintlastic provides excellent adhesion for adhesive foam and is listed by 3M as an approved underlayment for AH-160 adhesive foam

3M Adhesive Foam AH160 3M 2-Component Foam Roof Tile Adhesive AH-160 is a polyurethane adhesive that adheres each individual tile in place. It can be used without mechanical fasteners (nails, screws, etc.) so nails don’t puncture the waterproofing membrane or roof deck. 3M 2-Component Foam AH-160 has superior holding power compared to nails, screws, mortar and wire tie systems. Meets Sustainability Requirements: Thermal resistance (up to 4.4 R- value), Exceeds Title 24 energy code, VOCs less than 5 g/L, (SCAQMD Rule 1168 Compliant) Approved by: ICC-ES, DSA IR 15-2, Class A rated, ASTM E-108, TRI approved, Miami-Dade County, Florida Building Code, Texas Dept. of Insurance Evaluation

EternaTile Components EternaTile is composed of a foam core with a cement infused top coating Our closed cell polyurethane foam comes in 3 and 4 pound densities. – Both foam densities have a Class A fire rating The polymeric cement infused top coating emits no VOCs during application or otherwise The top coating protects the foam core against UV degradation, impacts and moisture The top coating is applied in two coats totaling approximately 55 mils – The first coat is designed to create a strong bond to the foam – The second coat is colorized and textures to the customer specs Both coats bonded to the foam create a super strong, high performance tile that will not break underfoot while delivering exceptional sun, wind, hail, fire and moisture resistance
