Communicable Disease Press any Key to get into Application

Application has 4 options 1.Registration 2.Disease Registration 3.Wash 4.Send Select option 1 for member registration.

1.Enter Person Name 2.Select Is that person comes 3.under shg/not 4.Select status of Person 5.Select Caste 6.Select Gender 7.Enter Date of Birth 8.Save the details by pressing submit button

Data Saved to local Database Alert raise

Under Disease Registration Registered Person Comes Under this Module.

Search or by selecting person get into next Screen.

1.Selected Person Name Appears At the Top of the Screen 2.Select the type of disease which he/she suffers 3.Select the Hosptial where he/she getting treatment 4.Select the Status of Disease 5.Save the Details by clicking submit

Disease Information Saved alert raise.

With out sending data to server if HA select the same details which are already taken then system will give the alerts. Please see the alert in next screen.

Please send the Saved details to server.

Select Wash option to enter details.

Enter total HHS in Vo Enter Constructed HHS in Vo Enter HHS Used in vo Save the details by clicking submit button

Details Saved Alert raises Once the Submit button is clicked if all details Are correct.

After Saving all Details by using This option u can send the overall Details to server.

While sending data to server Please wait!data sending to server Alert raise Once data submitted u will get a message Data submited succesfully. If not error msg will get to identify the problem

After send saved details to server then again if u are select same kind of details which already saved,then alert raise to aware that particular data is already sent to server and saved in the local database.

Entered data is already exist in local database. Note:If status of particular person is dead then that person will not appear in any module.
