In this unit you will learn to :  Describe people, families and work roles;  Describe activities using the present continuous tense.

Focus: 在谈及工作领域时候, 如 banking,teaching,computers, 用介词 in He’s in medicine. They work in computers. She lectures in french. 涉及工作地点的时候，要用 a/an 或 the, 一般 来说，用 a 或 an 表泛指众多中的一个，用 the 特指某一个。 She works in the school near my office He works in an office in london.

也可表示一段时间正在进行的活动，虽 然此时此刻这个活动可能没有进行 David is currently working in the medicine, but he is on holiday right now

 I am waiting for an important call from her.  He’s talking to a customer.  Are you writing a letter?  Is he waiting for a bus?  I am not waiting for him.  They aren’t sitting in the room.  What are you doing?I am singing a song.  Where is he having lunch? In the canteen.
