Ward Food Waste Project Introduction of new ward meal service trolleys 2007 / 08 Each patient received an individual menu for next days Lunch and Tea Menus were ticked off with patient choices Total sheet sent to the kitchen Introduction of the new system agreement to allow extra for late admissions etc
