EXIT

Archaeology studies human history from the development of the first stone tools in eastern Africa 3.4 million years ago up until recent decades. It is of most importance for learning about prehistoric societies, when there are no written records for historians to study, making up over 99% of total human history, from the Paleolithic until the advent of literacy in any given society. Archaeology has various different goals, which range from studying human evolution to cultural evolution and understanding culture history. Summary Back

Summary A geographer is a scientist whose area of study is geography the study of Earth's physical environment and human habitat. Though geographers are historically known as people who make maps, map making is actually the field of study of cartography, a subset of geography. Geographers study not only the physical details of the environment but also its effects on human and wildlife ecologies, weather and climate patterns, economics, and culture. They are often especially focused on the spatial relationships between these elements. pport-professional/geographer.html Back
