 Emperor Justinian encouraged arts, music, and drama  He was a great masterful builder  Since he was a great architecture builder, he had an authority and commanded to build new roads, bridges, aqueducts, batch and a variety of other public buildings.

 One of the most famous building project that had been completed was the Church Hagia Sophia and it still stands perfect today even tough it has passed 2000 years!!  Now it is used for the religion Islam  It is one of the largest churches in the world.  Continued on the next page……

AAAAnother example is the mosaic, which is a painting on walls, of a Jesus and the cross in the cathedral of San Apollinaire in Italy.

 The Byzantine art’s theme was mainly dominated by religion  Art about Christianity  In churches, cathedrals, and burial chambers, rich and beautiful mosaics were painted that illustrated and represented stories from the bible which is a religious book for Christianities.

 In the early periods of the Byzantine empire, the architects learned how to build churches by placing round dome over a square foundation…

 Of all the laws, Emperor Justinian was the greatest complier  Justinian had 10 books that contained laws which in their were constitutions that had been used years when the reign of the Emperor Hadrian was in the era.
