CFC – Nexus This brief presentation covers how to obtain & process the CFC Nexus pledge forms completed by your employees

Please note, this is only for pledges made using the CFC Nexus on-line pledging assistance tool. If an employee made an on-line pledge using Employee Express or MyPay, there is nothing to process.

From the CFC home page click pledge on-line

Click on CFC Nexus

Select login If you have not done so already, you’ll need to register as a CFC user – no pledge is necessary.

Login with your username & password

From payroll option select process new pledges (bulk)

Click on your agency (it will be the only one shown)

Select step 1- print all pledges listed below See next slide for sample pledge form

The pledge forms will look very similar to this Once printed, include these forms with the white portion of the hard copies completed by all other donors and submit them to your payroll office for processing. THAT IS IT!!
