Using Excel In Learning AC

Why do I choose excel? §1) Every computer has Micro-soft office §2) No extra cost in buying programme §3)Easy to create graph

Why stimulation ? Limitation of the real experiment §The limitation of the experimental set up may the become a problem to the student §e.g. §The effect of resistor. §The limitation of connection of CRO

The excel spreadsheet has three usages §1.As the demonstration of the various graph in lecturing §2.As a virtual experiment of AC in the computer. §3.As a tool of prediction before doing the real experiment §4.As a self learning or group learning tool

1. As a demonstration tool §Use a large screen §Copies of the graph should be available for the student.

2. Virtual experiment §1. The student previous in using excel is different. §2. Computer room and MMLC with teacher control ( key board control) §3. New teaching method ? Please be prepared before using the computer room and MMLC
