Allocating Method for NWDs in Delay Analysis 25 Three formulas are suggested to accurately allocate the delay associated with NWDs to the appropriate contract parties, as follow: Where: EC (NWDs), NE (NWDs), EN (NWDs) = delay associated with NWDs by the owner, contractor, and third party (majeure forces) respectively. EC, NE, EN= delay caused by the three contract parties (owner, contractor, and third party respectively) that obtained from delay analysis. An Illustrated Case Study using TFM 27 The proposed formulas can be applied with any currently used period delay analysis technique. However, in the recent trends in delay analysis, micro-level analysis has been implemented to yield more accurate results. As-planned Schedule As-Built Schedule Total Float Management (TFM) was used to demonstrate the developed formulas utilizing an illustrated case study
