A viral disease, which is a common childhood disease that sometimes effects adults
Causes an itchy rash with blisters A single attack of chicken pox generally produces lifelong immunity against the disease Takes a few days to get over but is known that its so easy to cure that it can almost be cured at home
Person with it is very contagious Takes one to two days before the rash shows up But can generally come from a contact to contact interaction
1. high fevers 2. vomiting 3. dehydration 4. headaches 5. worsening of asthma
Mostly children and sometimes adults. There is not a more common gender that gets this disease. Anyone can get it.
There is a vaccine to prevent against this common childhood disease. Although the disease wont necessarily kill, it can lead to other effects such as shingles.
