A Little About Me… My name is Mandy Sipe and this is my 13 th year of teaching. I have a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Western Illinois University. I am highly qualified to teach Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies to students grade K through 8. I love teaching in a variety of ways, from using songs and movements, to interactive activities on the Smartboard, to group and partner learning situations. When you walk in our room you just never know what you’re going to see!

Discipline Plan

Homework Your child will have a small amount of homework on a weekly basis. Generally, the homework will be given early in the week and will need to be completed and returned by Friday. Students who do not have their homework turned in will not earn Friday Reward. Special Classes Our class will have: Mondays: Music Tuesdays: PE Wednesdays: PE, Music, Art Thursdays: Library Fridays: PE

Going Home… Please send a note, , or leave a voice message if your child will be going home in a different way than he/she normally does at the end of the day. If your child is normally a bus rider but comes up to me and says they are supposed to be a car rider and they have no note, I will send them home on the bus! I have to have parent confirmation of the change, otherwise I will send them home in the usual way.
