Liaison Tip Did you know that when you get a result set, no matter how large, then get additional information to include in the search, you don’t have to start over. How does that work?

Let’s say that in a robbery case, a Detective gets just a description of a person, such as a white male, 20 to 30 years of age and nothing more. He will do a query, get the results, then gets a call that a vehicle was seen leaving at a high rate of speed on that day

The Detective does the initial query From the person search, he enters a white male, 20 to 30 years old, then clicks on find The result set returns with 290 people

Then he gets a call indicating someone saw a gold colored Chevrolet Cavalier leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. He could start over with a refined search or ADD EM ALL!! The Detective opens the refined search top pane, adds all to the top pane by clicking on add all from this search Now he modifies the search, goes to the vehicle search, enters the vehicle information, then adds to the lower refined search pane

All of the people in the result set were queried for involvement with a vehicle fitting that description in just a few seconds, and here is the result…… One Suspect His person details page…
