What is happening in Ottawa’s east end?
Home values are on the rise Average housing prices increased by 37% in the Beacon Hill area and by more than 25% in Orléans
Construction is booming In 2012, the City of Ottawa issued more than 1,000 east end construction permits valued at approximately $262 million
Investments are being made in numerous infrastructure projects Approximately $100 million is to be invested in east end infrastructure projects as part of Ottawa on the Move
Light Rail Transit Phase I of this $2.1 billion investment will join the east end of Ottawa to the west
