Ambition is like a Venus fly trap. If a frog were to sit on it, the fly trap could bite and bite but it wouldn't hurt the frog because it only has tiny little plant teeth. Then some other stuff could happen and that would be like ambition.---Anytime I see something screech across a room and latch onto someone’s neck, and the guy screams and tries to get it off, I have to laugh, because what is that thing? --- Today I accidentally stepped on a snail on the sidewalk in front of our house. And I thought, I too am like that snail. I build a defensive wall around myself, a "shell" if you will. But my shell isn't made out of a hard, protective substance. Mine is made out of tinfoil and paper bags. --- I think there probably should be a rule that if you're talking about how many loaves of bread a bullet will go through, it's understood that you mean lengthwise loaves. Otherwise, it makes no sense. --- When I die, I would like to go peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandfather did. Not screaming and yelling like the passenger in his car. Computers and Stuff is good for By Chris Hanney The greatest man ever

The Topic! § Here’s my nifty topic: I surveyed 100 people… (And by 100 I mean 25) On whether or not they thought that all schools should require students to take some sort of computer class.

Important? You’d better believe it! The amount of knowledge people have about computers and such in the future will determine how advanced our society can become during that time. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

This Topic is Important Because… (also) Contrary to popular belief, robots are our future, not children. (Unless of course, they’re robot children). We need people who are computer experts to build these robots. To do this, we must teach children as much as possible about such things as early as possible.

Slide number 4 ► Here is stuff about computers. ► These are computers. ► This is how a computer works. ► They send stuff. ► This isn’t a computer, just an old lady. ► Look at the silly old lady!

Here is some data for you: Approximately 75% of all of the people I surveyed (out of all that had a computer) used the computer for 3 hours or more per day. That’s nothing compared to me. I mean, just look at that graph!

Slide for a graph 1 n This is some kind of graph with differing opinions of hustle and bustle.

This is a computer. Look at it go!!

Here is some more stuff. l More than half of the “people” I surveyed agreed with my sentiments (that computer classes should be required in elementary school) l The other half disagreed mostly because they thought it would be a useless program.
