This Is a picture of Pablo Neruda in his late 30s or 40s.

He was born in Parral in the southern part of Chile. He had a father who was a railway worker and his mother died when he was only two years old.

Pablo got in interest in poetry so he started to write poems when he was only 10 years old. Then at the age of 12 he met the famous poet Gabriela Mistrial who encored him to continue his love for poetry.

PABLO NERUDA STARTED TO GET VERY SERIOUS WITH WORKING WITH POETRY IN HIS PARENTS DID NOT REALLY ENJOY HIM WORKING WITH POETRY. HIS POEM WAS PUBLISHED IN A MAGAZINE HIS POEM WAS CALLED “ MIS OJOS “.

AT THE AGE OF 23 NERUDA WAS APPOINTED BY THE CHILEAN GOVERNMENT AS A COUNSUL TO BURMA. THEN CONTUINUED TO WRITE POETRY AND RELEASE THEM INTO MAGAZINES.

He visited Cuba and created the poem canto de amor para stalingrado. Later that year his daughter Malva Marina died in Europe.

Pablo Neruda slowly went into a long depression after his daughter.

Pablo came back to Chile were he lived meet up with old friends. Another thing was to live out the rest of his life in peace. When he came back he started to go to schools and talk about his poems. _Chile_
