Importance or uses of Proteins  Proteins help strengthen your body.  Protein is important because it rebuilds tissue.  Protein also help build enzymes.  Proteins are the building blocks of the body.  Your hair and nails are made of Proteins

Importance Continued  Proteins are in vitamins which help u get your daily protein daily.  You need proteins every day to maintain your physical shape.  All foods you consume have some type of proteins.  You should consume.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
