STRIVE Shivela Together Reaches for Individual Victory and Excellence

What is the Purpose of Strive? For all of us (teachers, administration, secretaries, custodians – everybody on campus!) to help you do your very best!

STRIVE TIME Between 2 nd Period and Break for 20 Minutes

What will I be doing during STRIVE? Reading, working on homework or another activity led by your 2 nd period teacher Or, making up missed work in S.O.S. (Save One Student) Or, getting extra help with a difficult topic in Mastery

Save One Student For students with missing assignments At the beginning of STRIVE, the student will report to the S.O.S. room Once there the student will complete their work S.O.S. takes place during STRIVE time through break

MASTERY For students who need extra help on a specific topic You may choose to attend Mastery for help on a difficult topic Or, a teacher may assign you to Mastery if they see you need extra help Mastery takes place during STRIVE time

So, Everybody! Have an absolutely awesome school year and know that we are all here to help you make that happen!
