UCEC STUDENTS OF THE MONTH FOR November 2015 Mr. Adams’ Student of the Month Alex Hagerman Alex is an exceptional student who goes "above and beyond" what is required for his assignments for my class. The quality of his assignments shows that he puts a lot of effort into his work. His writing and thinking show that he genuinely thinks about the text he is reading, and he brings up perceptive ideas during group and class discussions of literature as well. Moreover, I have found Alex to be a polite young man who is respectful to both his teachers and his peers.

Ms. Bell’s Student of the Month Sarah Thomas Sarah works diligently on her classwork, always getting everything completed on time or early. She participates in class and never disrupts. It is a pleasure to teach her! Ms. Cook’s Student of the Month Paige Youngerman Paige is an excellent student! She is dedicated to doing well on her schoolwork and is helpful to others.

Ms. Roncone’s Student of the Month Kylar Perritt Kylar is a dedicated math student who willingly helps other students in the room when they are struggling. Most importantly, Kylar always does the right thing when no one is looking. She has great character and that is very valuable. Mr. Fish’s Student of the Month Alexandra Underwood Alexandra (Alex) is a hardworking student who is always ready to learn. She likes to share her learning with her fellow students, and is a real joy to have in class.

Ms. Long’s Student of the Month Cameron Aguilar Cameron works extremely hard in class. She is always positive and she works well with all groups of students! Cameron is a joy to have in class! Ms. Adams’ Student of the Month Ashley Shepherd Ashley is always so helpful during class and works to complete assignments correctly, not just completed. She asks questions to better ensure her understanding because she truly wants to learn. It is a pleasure to teach Ashley!

Ms. Joyner’s Student of the Month Jessica Murdasova Jessica has been a tremendous leader within Career Management. She was instrumental in the success of our sweatshirt/blanket fundraiser. Her organizational skills are impressive. She has a consistent willingness to help and support her classmates and teacher. It has been a pleasure working with Jessica this semester. Ms. Powell’s Student of the Month Jared Roach I am proud of Jared. He has worked hard in my Earth Science class, and his current grade reflects that hard work. In addition, I am very proud of his attitude. He has been positive and respectful. I'm glad to teach him.

Mr. Connor’s Student of the Month Leslie Benitez Leslie's Leadership with the Broadcast, Career Development Program and many other areas demonstrates her desire to make UCEC the best! Congratulations!
