LSO Framework and MEF SCA MEF 7.3 API provides a MEF service aware (CFS) API. Northbound API served by Service Orchestrator. Server = Service Orchestrator UNI(s) and EVC MEF SCA API provides a Flow Domain aware (RFS) API. Northbound API served by Domain Controller. Server = Domain Controller ETH_FDFr_EC,ETH_FPP_UNI_N,.. OPNFV LSO API Northbound API served by Orchestrator SDN Controller = ODL Client = Service Orchestrator

MEF Service Configuration and Activation (SCA) API Now called Network Resource Provisioning API https://wiki.mef.net/display/OWG/Service+Configuration+and+Activation+Specification Leveraged Eclipse/Papyrus. Use cases are developed. REST/JSON development. Implementation of TM Forum TMF 630, TMF 631, Service Activation REST Specification 2.0. MEF SCA API Swagger https://swaggerhub.com/api/jtpugac/MEF-SCA/1.0

Service and Flow Domain APIs MEF Service Request is received by Service Orchestrator from BSS/App client. Service is decomposed into Flow Domain Fragments by Service Orchestrator. Service Orchestrator invokes one or more Domain Controllers for ETH_FDFr activations to meet service request.

Service and Network Resource Activation The LSO Orchestrator is responsible for decomposing the service and calculating a corresponding Flow Domain Fragment Chain or Forwarding Graph. The calculate Flow Domain Fragment Chain is the graph information used to send the corresponding MEF SCA (NRP) activation requests to meet the MEF service activation request. The LSO Orchestrator is responsible for determining the Domain Controller responsible for each Ethernet Flow Domain Fragment (SCA_ETH_FDFr_EC) required to be activated.
