I NTRODUCTION Click here to continue your quest… You Are What You Eat… Welcome students! We want everyone to realize the importance of having a healthy life style. In order to do this you need to eat healthy and exercise. This Web quest will take you through a series of activity to help you begin your journey on designing your own personal my pyramid plan that will include proper nutrition and physical activity for your age group.

T ASK Click here to continue your quest… The purpose of this task is to help you develop and produce an exercise and nutrition plan for yourself. The class will be divided into groups, each group is responsible for designing their own fitness and nutrition plan. These activities are designed to improve everyone's nutrition and physical fitness. This plan will help students establish and maintain a healthy diet. Have fun and enjoy your task.
