Moot court is a law school activity and competition during which students participate in the preparation and arguing of cases in front of judges. Workshop /4/2013
Participating teams submit 2 memorials (memorandum) of claimant & respondent + Each oralist is allocated a fixed period of time (20mins) to present the arguments in front of a panel of judges. + The claimant has 5mins to rebut. + The respondent has 5mins to surrebut. Workshop /4/2013
