Peer Editing Questions Did the author use first or third person consistently? What is the author’s purpose in telling the story? What message does the reader get? Is the timeframe limited? Do you recognize the beginning and ending events? Do the flashbacks/-forwards work? Are they blended in or jarring? What assistance can you give? Is there at least one line of dialogue? Are there grammar or other errors that mar the transmission of the narrative?
