Organisational Health: Workforce perspective Overall Workforce RAG Rating Employee Experience Rating PMETB Survey Staff Satisfaction Survey Productivity Rating Activity over Workforce FTE Qualified Nurses to bed ratios Effective Workforce Rating Turnover (excluding Junior Doctors) Stability (excluding Junior Doctors) Sickness Rates Available Workforce Rating Medical Vacancies Non- Medical Vacancies Bank FTE as a proportion of total staff Agency Usage as a proportion of total pay costs Staff Skill-Mix Rating Medical to Non- Medical Ratio (Clinical) Qualified Nursing to Non- Qualified Nursing Clinical to Non- Clinical Ratio Non- Medical Band 7+ :Band 6 and below Ratio (clinical) 1: This would be the overall rating presented to the Quality Board every two months. 2: The Quality Board would be informed that the overall rating would be made up from these factors, which indicate organisational health. Weighting to be determined. 3: Each organisational health indicator will be made up of a number of metrics/data sources.
