Buchanan Gardens Built 1949 APAH Purchased 2009 $30 million renovation includes all new systems and finishes, energy-saving features, expanded units community room and playground. Arlington AHIF and LIHTC financing Renovation complete in Aug Units 100% affordable units (50% and 60% AMI) 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units PRESERVATION
