Inspections Number of inspection requests has not abated Currently scheduling out 3 – 4 weeks Matrix designed for 2 weeks The primary causes are the increased number of QC installers and higher number of residential projects then originally planned for and QA Eligible Installers failing inspections. Solar Technical Work Group Three issues discussed Enphase inverter presentation Shade impact, operations of product, and PVWATTS derate impact Wiley shade tool presentation System operations, advantages/disadvantages, General consensus is that it is not ready for deployment RE Committee meeting April 21, 2010

Solar Technical Work Group Solyndra module presentation Comparison of the Solyndra production tool to PVWATTS. Conservative approach of reducing model performance by 4%, but later reduced to 3% with a 6 month reevaluation of the performance tool to PVWATTS and actual production. Training All QA Eligible Installers have completed the required training. May 12 New installer training at Eco-Complex is full, and May 27 is more than 30% filled. Begun training financial institutions with more to come Full training schedule will be posted on the NJCEP website by the end of April. RE Committee meeting April 21, 2010
