Solar Technical Work Group Solyndra module presentation Comparison of the Solyndra production tool to PVWATTS. Conservative approach of reducing model performance by 4%, but later reduced to 3% with a 6 month reevaluation of the performance tool to PVWATTS and actual production. Training All QA Eligible Installers have completed the required training. May 12 New installer training at Eco-Complex is full, and May 27 is more than 30% filled.
