TWGs can set up their own secretariat/liaison person to conduct coordination work based on the group’s activities For those established TWGs, focus should be made to specific, detail planned activities so that the secretariat could periodically report them to MOH leaders. For to be established TWGs, TOR draft should be reviewed to avoid duplications and clarify role, responsibility and duty of each party, then reported to ICD for further submission to MOH’s leaders for approval.
