DO NOW: 1. Take out your handout from the last class. 2. Copy these definitions on to the top of your new handout. Anchor points: the points on a shape or object that you can select with the white selection tool to change the form. Swatches: the small color boxes that appear in the program Illustrator. This is the proper graphic design word to use when speaking about color. Pathfinder: the tool which allows you to combine two shapes together, cut out the negative or positive space, or change the shape completely. Pen tool: the tool which allows you to remove or add anchor points to adjust a shape.
