eBooks come in a wide variety of formats The format you will experience when using an eBook will depend on the company the eBook was purchased from. – We will review two formats today Follett eBooks on Follett Shelf Capstone Interactive Library eBooks
All elementary schools now own 30 Capstone Interactive eBooks thanks to ORAU Access Destiny
Login into Destiny
Choose Follett Shelf (Follett eBooks are not available at all schools)
Students will use their and or Skyward user name and password. Teachers will may need to check with their school librarian for their user name and login. For some reason, not all of my students and teachers can access Follett Shelf. But everyone can login into Destiny then access Follett Shelf.

Don’t forget about interlibrary loan. You can search throughout our entire county for resources.
About Interlibrary Loan While you can personally request materials using Destiny. I would advise you request interlibrary loan via our your school librarian. We sometimes miss the request on Destiny. Also, keep in mind you should plan at least one week ahead in order to ensure time for delivery.
Don’t Forget about TEL TEL (Tennessee Electronic Library) is available to all TN residents. TEL is a collection of academic subscription databases including World Book Online. There is an online tutorial presentation available at Lake City Elementary Library’s webpage.
