Educational, functional, and serves as a Laboratory and an Interpretive Center

Ecological center used to distribute recycled water and educational center used to educate the public

Project owner is the City of Watsonville, owned by local government

Building is new construction but also a visual extension to the water recycling plant it supports

Completed in November 2009 The architect was WRNS Studio LLP

The building was awarded Green Building in 2010 in the Woodworks: California Wood Design Awards
