Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport Background / History Historical designation of instances responsible for certain acts as competent authority of ADR, RID etc. (little criteria that they must meet) + designation by Ministeral decision. Ministry had several contacts / structural meetings with these instances, but not a really supervision by the Government. Inspectorate: several problems with the building and construction of tankcontainers + subcontractors. Research of General Court of Auditors: Recommendation: more supervision is needed from the government on instances.
