Transforming to a Culture of Universal Achievement San Jacinto and Amarillo College Partnership

San Jacinto Amarillo College Partnership

Why Partner? We want our students and parents to see college as a real option. Our challenge is to embed the culture of achievement into our school and community, and to make the dream of college become a reality. With all of the symbolism and daily dialogue concerning college, we must ensure that this becomes more than just mere rhetoric.

Why Partner? Benefit both students and parents. Bridge the cultural barriers that keep people from stepping on a college campus. Expand the presence of Amarillo College throughout the community. Spread the message and the offerings of Amarillo College to those who can benefit.

Offerings for Parents Our parents can actually get a GED by working on our campus. Our parents can receive college counseling at San Jacinto. Our parents can work to acquire the English language at San Jacinto.
